    1) Visit to our website
    If you visit our website for information purposes only, meaning that you do not pass over information to us otherwise, we shall only process that personal data passed over to us by your browser. This includes:

    – the domain accessed by you,
    – IP-address of your system,
    – Website, from which your request comes (so-called Referrer),
    – Your User-Agent (model, version, operating system used),
    – Data and time (incl. time zone) of your requesty,
    – Access status (HTTP-Status code) of our server

    The above data are required by us for technical reasons, in order to display our website to ensure stability and security and to optimise our offer.

    The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para 1 f GDPR [DSGVO] with our legitimate interest stated in the named reasons.

    We shall delete this data within seven days at the latest. Data shall only be saved after this time if the personal data has been deleted or converted into anonymous form as appropriate. This will happen for IP addresses for example, by abbreviating them in accordance with data protection regulations.

    If you submit our contact form, we shall use the data you have submitted, whereby only a valid e-mail address is necessary to respond to your request and the other information is voluntary.

    The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting us on the basis of Art. 6 Para 1 b GDPR [DSGVO], provided that your enquiry concerns executing or handling the contracts entered into with you or setting up a contract . In other cases the legal basis is laid down in Art. 6 Para 1 f GDPR [DSGVO], with our legitimate interest resulting from the aforenamed purposes.

    The personal data collected by us for using the contact form will be deleted automatically after the request made by you has been dealt with., if we are not legally obliged to keep it in safekeeping or if we need the data to fulfil the contract.

    4) E-mail contact
    If you make contact with us via e-mail we will save the personal data you have submitted to enable us to respond to your requests.

    In addition to this, in the course of transportation, or sending you an e-mail log data are generated on a regular basis which, for example, also contain the IP address of the
    e-mail server used by you. This log data is required to ensure that our e-mail server operates properly and in addition to this, serve as proof in the event of server problems or security incidents.

    The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para 1 f GDPR [DSGVO], with our legitimate interest resulting from the aforenamed purposes. If the objective of making contact is to enter into a contract or if contact with our legitimate interest resulting from the aforenamed purposes. t is made as part of an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis will be Art. 6 Para 1 b GDPR [DSGVO].

    The data will be deleted once the enquiry has been definitively dealt with if we are not obliged by law to keep it in safekeeping, or if we need the data to fulfil the contract. The log data on our E-mail server will be deleted within seven days at the latest.

    5) Matomo
    We use the Matomo web analysis service Matomo to analyse the usage of our website, and to be able to improve it on a regular basis. The statistics gleaned enable us to improve our offer and design it so that it is more interesting for you as user. For this purpose cookies are saved on your system. The information collected in this manner is only saved by us on our servers in Germany or another member state of the European Union. The information will not be passed on to a third party.

    Matomo is set up in such a way so that the IP addresses are not saved in their complete form, but are shortened by the last two bytes so that it is no longer possible to match up the abbreviated IP address with the system calling up.

    The legal basis for using Matomo is your consent and this means Art. 6 Para 1 a GDPR [DSGVO].

    The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our purposes. This will be the case after 6 months.

    You may delete the cookies in your browser settings at any time. There you can also block cookies as a matter of principle.

    Moreover, users have the option of objecting to their data being recorded by Matomo and to prevent it. For this we are providing users of our website with the option to opt out of the analysis procedure. Under the point ‟Cookies” you can revoke your consent by clicking on "Change your consent".

    6) OpenStreetMap

    This site uses the open source mapping tool ‟OpenStreetMap” (OSM) The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation. To use the OpenStreetMap functions you will have to save your IP address. As a rule this information will be transferred to an OpenStreetMap server and saved there. The provider of this site has no influence upon this data transfer. OpenStreetMap is used in the interests of presenting our online offers so that they are appealing and are easy to find at places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para 1 f GDPR [DSGVO].     Map material
    Our website uses Geoapify (Geoapify GmbH, Bgm.-Heinrich-Str. 6, 86415 Mering, Germany) for presenting interactive maps. The services of Geoapify are hosted in EU data centres in accordance with the GDPR [DSGVO]. As a result of using these services, information, including your IP address, will be transferred to Geoapify.

    7) Facebook
    We operate a Facebook page with the aim of drawing attention to our products and services and to establish contact with you. Together with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, we are jointly responsible for operating the Facebook page.

    We would point out that Facebook will log inter alia, your IP address as well as other information about your usage patterns when you visit our Facebook page. This information will be used to provide us, as operator of the Facebook pages, with statistical information about how our Facebook page is used. The data collected in connection with this will be processed by Facebook Ltd. and in doing so possibly transferred to countries outside the EU, in particular the USA. In some circumstances there are risks inherent with transferring data to and having it subjected to further processing in these countries which we, as operator of the page are unable to quantify and cannot preclude. Which information Facebook receives, precisely, and how it is used is only described by Facebook in general terms and the full details are not known to us. The manner in which Facebook uses the data for its own purposes, the extent to which activities on the Facebook page can be matched up with individual users, how long Facebook saves this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties is not definitively and openly stated by Facebook and is unknown to us. It is, however, to be assumed that Facebook will use this data in its own interests for the purposes of advertising, creating user profiles and for market research.

    Once you have logged in when visiting our Facebook page, Facebook may, possibly via websites, match your activities with your account. On the basis of this data, contents or advertisements may be tailored to you. If you wish to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook, or deactivate the "remain logged-in" function, delete the cookies on your device and close down your browser and start up again. By doing so, Facebook information through which you may be directly identified, will be deleted. This means that you will be able to use our Facebook page without your Facebook user name being disclosed. If you access interactive functions on the page, (Likes, comments, share, news, etc,) a Facebook log-in mask will appear. If you log in you will be identifiable again as a specific user.

    Other than as described above, we do not collect and process any data from your use of our Facebook page.

    The legal basis is our legitimate interest in having a contemporary presentation of our products and services as well as providing interaction and contact options in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 e GDPR [DSGVO]. If you contact us for the purposes of setting up and entering into a contract with us, the legal basis Art. 6 Para 1 b GDPR [DSGVO] shall apply.

    8) Instagram
    We operate an Instagram account (Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA), in order to draw attention to our products and services.

    We would point out that when using Instagram, your personal data may be transferred to a third-party country and that we do not know exactly how and for which purposes this data will be processed by Instagram. It is to be assumed that the data will be used to create user profiles and for advertising purposes.

    The legal basis is our legitimate interest in having a contemporary presentation of our products and services as well as providing interaction and contact options in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 f GDPR [DSGVO].     9) LinkedIn Insight Tag
    We use the LinkedIn Insight-Tag of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (hereinafter known as LinkedIn). According to the information provided by LinkedIn, the LinkedIn Insight-Tag works as follows: it sets up a unique LinkedIn browser cookie in your browser making it possible for data about your visit to our website to be recorded, including URL, Referrer URL, IP address, device and browser features (User Agent) plus time-stamp. The IP addresses will be abbreviated or hashed (if they are used to contact members across devices).
    The direct user names of members will be removed within seven days in order to anonymise the data. This remaining anonymised data will then be deleted within 90 days. We shall not receive any personal data but instead only reports and notifications within which we shall be unable to identify you through the webpages target group and advertisement performance. Besides this, LinkedIn offers retargeting for website visitors so that we are able to show targeted advertisements outside our website with the assistance of this data, without it being possible for you to be identified. LinkedIn also uses data which does not identify you, in order to make advertisements more relevant and to reach members across devices. Members of LinkedIn may control the usage of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings.
