Colleagues and families come together at summer celebration

A varied programme awaited visitors around the marquee. Children enjoyed the bouncy castles, temporary tattoo station and ice cream van, while many adults tried their hand at the shooting gallery and the high striker. Food and refreshments were available throughout the day, and guests spent time together on the company premises well into the evening.

Echterhage Holding comprises the Neuenrade-based companies VSE, DST and HBE, as well as Beinlich Pumpen in Gevelsberg and the general construction company ECO.PLAN in Coesfeld. As employees work across different locations, the summer celebration provided an opportunity to catch up with colleagues or meet them in person for the first time.

The event also highlighted the importance that families hold within the Group. Only a few weeks earlier, Echterhage Holding was once again recertified as a family-friendly company. The certification recognises organisations that support their employees in balancing their professional and family lives. This includes flexible working arrangements, family-oriented HR initiatives and measures designed to support employees at different stages of life.
