		<title>Innovative Helical Screw Flow Meter</title>

		<description>&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;In addition to the well-known VSE model series VSI and VHM as well as ECOFLOW, the company VSE Volumentechnik GmbH now launches a new generation of helical screw flow meters of the series RS.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The VSE development department has combined this measuring principle, which by itself is not new, with the development of the new rotor sensor to yield a state-of-the-art flow meter. There was a considerable development potential because the measurement of the volume flow based on the the screw pump principle of the VSE series RS offers significant benefits:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;High degree of precision that is mostly independent of viscosity&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Pulsation-free measurement&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lowest pressure losses&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Short response time due to innovative rotor profile and reduced masses&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Gentle fluid measurements&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Highest functionality due to intelligent sensor technology&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;The core objective of the new development initially was to create completely new rotor profiles, which had been adapted to the requirements for running an integrating motor using the latest design methods. These profiles ensure a low-resistance, high-precision measurement with optimally distributed masses that are also reduced by up to 45%. This results in a much better response characteristic in hydraulic applications- a big advantage over previously available devices. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Also in process engineering, these new types of profiles enable a low-resistance, high-precision measurement combined with the gentle transport of the measuring medium since many of the adhesives and sealants to be measured are sensitive to mechanical influences of the previously available devices. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; In addition to the profile development, VSE also has optimized materials and technology concerning the bearings. The combined radial / axial roller bearing is shielded behind bearing supports shaped to be flow-optimized. Depending on size and intended use, either spindle bearings or precision ball bearings are used in tandem.  Mounting is symmetrical, making it possible to operate the devices with the same loads in either flow direction.  The bearings are made from tungsten carbide, and displacement flow meters are also made from silicon carbide (SSiC) for the first time. For poorly lubricated or dirty fluids, a radial / axial glide bearing made of ceramic materials is available. The combination with the corresponding rotor materials as well as optional hard coatings guarantees a long service life. The housing and rotor material can be modular graphite castings as well as roller bearing steel. All sizes are also available made from various kinds of stainless steels. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; VSE also backs new developments in the area of signal formation. Based on the patented VSI high definition sensor system, a sensor module was developed that enhances the functionality of the RS flow meter significantly. The sensor itself features two GMR bridges (sin / cos) and is housed in a removable stainless steel cartridge case together with a signal conditioning and amplifier unit. It can be replaced when necessary without costly adjustment and configuration work. The sensor is adjusted automatically when being replaced. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The downstream electronics unit features a high-resolution sin / cos-interpolator, which can increase the resolution in increments up to a factor of 128 while maintaining exactly the same pulse lengths. The unit also has a variety of additional functions that significantly help users with the further processing of RS sensor signals. Among others, it features a programmable signal filter, which is able to offset unwanted, negative pulse sequences and detect and save values that exceed the indicated flow and temperature values. A separate directional signal is available for 1-channel evaluations. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; It is therefore also possible to operate large-volume devices without the loss of frequency and accuracy while using low flow rates - a major advantage when operating with highly viscous or pasty as well as abrasive fluids. This means the frequency range can be adjusted and optimized for the respective measuring task. If required, flow-proportional output frequencies up to 100 kHz are possible. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Functionality can be further increased with other programmable options, for example, the flow meter can be adjusted to the respective measuring task without investing too much effort on the evaluation side. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The goal was to make a smarter flow meter to increase the functionality and lower the load on the corresponding electronic evaluation equipment of the user. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Additional functions still under development can be retrofitted subsequently using software upgrades, also on-site. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Various sizes for flow ranges of 0.1 to 1,000 l/min are available; the devices are designed for pressures up to 450 bar and suitable for temperatures of up to 120°C.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Download: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.e-holding.de/downloads/vse_seriers_en_0111.pdf&quot;&gt;Product presentation PDF&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

		<title>Big dedication celebration at the Echterhage Group</title>

		<description>In a two-day celebration, the companies of the Echterhage Group dedicated the new office and production building at Hönnestraße 45 and celebrated the completion of the extensive remodeling and additions to the other buildings in the Neuenrade-Küntrop Industrial Park. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a prelude, there was a ceremonial reception on Friday night, the 21st of September, for customers of the corporate group. About 120 invited guests enjoyed the delicious buffet in an informal atmosphere, heard short speeches given by Ruth and Jürgen Echterhage, and listened to the sounds of the jazz duo consisting of Ludwig Kirchhoff-Stewens (saxophone) and Jürgen Nuffer (guitar). Of course, the guests were also able to get a close look at the new building. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Family &amp; Friends Day&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even on the next day, tours, live music, and delicious food were the main activities. However, the main people involved were different the next day. During the &quot;Family &amp; Friends Day&quot;, employees of the HBE, VSE, DST, plakart, and Ecoplan companies were provided an opportunity to leisurely introduce their friends and family to their workplace and colleagues. 		<description>Since June 2006 all VSE Flow Meters of the VS Series are provided with a new GMR pickup system which replaces the differential field coils.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; The advantage of the new system is the standardised power supply from 10 to 28 VDC for all types as well as the extended temperature range from - 40°C to 120°C.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Parallel to the new pickup system VSE has developed a new preamplifier. The VSI preamplifier is available as an option for all VS sizes which are equipped with the new GMR pickup system. The VSI preamplifier supplies digital signals with a higher resolution of the measured value. The resolution can be programmed between 4 and 64 angle steps and it enables a frequency multiplication up to factor 16. The K-factor of the flow meter can be increased up to factor 64.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; With a high resolution, changes in flow can be measured much faster and more precisely. The readout receives more information about the current status of the flow, with better and faster analogue output. Even with smallest volumes, exact measurement, control and dosage are ensured. The new VSI preamplifier allows the usage of big size flow meters for applications with high viscous liquids at low flow rates.&lt;br /&gt; </description>

		<description>Beinlich Pumpen has more than 50 years of experience and know-how in the field of gear dosing and radial piston pumps. Over the past five years it has developed from being a simple hydraulic pump manufacturer into a specialist delivering customer-specific pump solutions. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The component assemblies of the high pressure radial piston pump product line have been re-designed to ensure the shortest possible delivery time in combination with the maximum flexibility. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Both the open and encased designs have been maintained in order to secure an optimal fluid supply and to avoid ventilation problems at tank installation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Special solutions can now be produced with minimal design modifications. With extended shafts, for example, the maximum utilisation of oil tank volume can be achieved which allows for self ventilation. Beinlich also offers specially designed drive shafts. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Due to the increasing occurrence of specialist fluids, Beinlich now offers a wide range of seal materials, e.g. NBR, EPDM, FKM and PTFE. The shaft sealing can take the form of a shaft sealing ring, a mechanical seal or a maintenance-free magnetic coupling. Special materials are also used for piston elements and housings. For non-lubricating fluids special coating materials are applied. In all applications, however, the emphasis is on component design to achieve the rapid delivery times required by customers. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Through the star-shaped arrangement of the valve-regulated piston elements, two to eight piston assemblies can be installed. At present, piston elements of various calibres are available, each delivering a theoretical output between 0.14 to 1.34 cc per revolution.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Using a combination of piston elements, outputs from 0.3 to 10.7 cc/rev per pump star can be achieved. A parallel assembly of up to 5 stars provides many possible delivery volumes up to a maximum of 53.5 cc/rev. Smaller piston calibres reach a working pressure of 700 bar. Many applications require pumps with several pressure outlets. This is achieved through the modular construction of the pump. Pumps with up to 24 pressure ports have been successfully installed. Beinlich supplies these multi-pumps either with a casing or as an immersion pump without a casing. &lt;br /&gt;
